HiTZ venues are accessible whenever you need them and unlike a "standard" net session you don't need someone to bowl or throw-down at you. As a result you will face significantly more deliveries, consistently in the areas that you program it meaning both the quantity and quality of your sessions are optimised.
HiTZ sessions are for everyone from those starting out to those who are seasoned Batters. We use BatFast tech that can control the speed, length and movement of your deliveries so you can set up each session based on your game and what you want to improve.
Full protective equipment is absolutely mandatory—this includes a helmet, pads, gloves, thigh pads and a box. No protective gear means no access to the nets, no exceptions. Please bring your own equipment.

All net bookings are managed through PodPlay. Here you can book your sessions, add your guests / friends and purchase memberships.
Individual net session bookings run for a total of one hour. It is made up of 55 minutes of play, with 5 minutes at the end to collect all the balls at the end of your session. If you are late to your session, your time will be automatically reduced.
At HiTZ CitiPower Centre, our 'Off-Peak' times are 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday, all other times are 'Peak'. HiTZ CitiPower Centre will operate 9.00am - 9.00pm, seven days a week.
Yes, walk-in sessions are for 2 players. If you require more players please select the required number at checkout, at additional cost. Maximum number per net is 4.
No, as a monthly member you receive your allocated 1-hour sessions per month. If you use these before your month ends, you will be required to pay for any additional session you book within the same month. Or wait for your membership to renew and your new play passes allocated to your account.
No. Play passes cannot be carried over into the next month; so if you don't use your allotted number of sessions within a month period, you will lose them. Your membership month run from your start date, to the same date of the next month, e.g. If you start date is January 19, your end date will be February 19.
Yes, any players aged 9 and above can play.
Yes, please use the bucket located in the lane to collect all your balls and pour them down the chute next to the screen in the lane.
You can change your session up to 10 minutes after you’ve made your booking and more than 2 days before your physical booking with no charge. Cancellations outside these timeframes will incur the full cost of your session.
Sign up for a HiTZ Australia account via the LOGIN page, with the same email address that you used for your PodPlay account. Here you'll be able to access analytical data and get even MORE out of your sessions.
